Every year, the Jagiellonian University celebrates the anniversary of its foundation by King Casimir the Great on 12 May 1364. This year, in addition to regular festivities, a special celebration will take place at the 3rd Campus of the 600th Anniversary of the Jagiellonian University Revival, signifying the completion of its construction after nearly 25 years.

The event will be co-organised by faculties and other units located at the site of the 3rd Campus: Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Faculty of Chemistry, Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Management and Social Communication, Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology, Faculty of Geography and Geology, National Synchrotron Radiation Centre SOLARIS, Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology, and Natural Sciences Education Centre.

The diverse programme will feature activities from various disciplines, including simulations, experiments, lectures, presentations, workshops, exhibitions, games, and many others, both indoors and outdoors. Additionally, a coxed eights regatta as well as a charity run will be organised as part of the event.
