The International Journal of Contemporary Management quarterly is organising the international conference Innovative Instruments of Contemporary Management, aimed at bringing together academics who study innovative instruments of organisation management, and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and scholarly discussion in this field.

The conference is part of a series of meetings organised by the International Journal of Contemporary Management, which also include Contemporary Management Virtual Conference (2015), Dilemmas of Modern Management (2013), and Innovation in Modern Management (2011).

The specific objectives of the conference are to present the latest results of research on innovative management instruments conducted in Poland and around the world, to foster the exchange of knowledge and experience in this area between both academics and practitioners, and communicate this knowledge to a wider audience.

The conference will consist of plenary and working sessions in Polish and English. They will take place in historic buildings of the Jagiellonian University and in one of Kraków hotels.
