JU Faculty of Philology joins an international consortium

JU Faculty of Philology has joined a consortium consisting of eight universities offering a joint double degree English Studies programme. The agreement was signed by JU representatives during the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the Ca' Foscari University of Venice.

On July 3, 2018 the programme board of the Jagiellonian University Centre of Chinese Language and Culture Confucius Institute in Kraków met in Collegium Maius. Two important agreements with Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), commonly known as Beiwai, were signed at the meeting.

Jagiellonian University becomes part of UNA EUROPA network

On June 29-30, 2018 a meeting of the recently established network UNA EUROPA was held at the Catholic University of Leuven (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) in Belgium. The network consists of six universities: KU Leuven, Panthéon-Sorbonne, Università di Bologna, Freie Universität Berlin, Complutense University of Madrid and the Jagiellonian University.
