The annual initiative by the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) promotes the idea of facilitation and the benefits it brings. The third Polish edition of the International Facilitation Week has been organised by the JU Centre for Academic Outreach (Wszechnica UJ). The events are addressed to all persons interested in how to foster collaborative thinking and cooperation in organisations.
On 24 October the international conference How to create space for collaborative thinking and cooperation will take place in Vienna House Andel’s Cracow at ul. Pawia 3. Its participants will learn how to build space for collaboration, include staff in decision-making processes, support group autonomy and initiative, as well as increase the team’s creativity and make best use of its potential. The programme includes presentations by Polish and foreign experts, case studies from organisations, as well as practical workshops showing how facilitation can be applied in work with organisations and presenting methods and techniques of increasing participation.
